You can select our PA Sound & Stage Lighting add-on package at checkout, and our crew will bring complete concert audio and stage lighting gear.
How long does setup and soundcheck take on the day of the event?
Load-in, stage setup, and soundcheck require 60 to 90 minutes prior to opening your doors to students.
Do we need to recruit local stagehands or tech volunteers?
No. Our touring crew manages setup and teardown, though student or adult volunteer assistance is always welcomed.

How much physical stage space does the band require?
A standard church platform or youth room stage of at least 15 feet by 10 feet comfortably holds our stage setup.
What electrical power setup is required from our facility?
Standard 120V wall outlets on dedicated 20-amp breakers provide sufficient power for our stage gear and sound package.
How far in advance should we reserve our event date?
Dates are locked in on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking 30 to 90 days in advance to reserve your preferred date.
Can we co-host this event with other local youth ministries?
Yes. Multi-church youth rallies are highly encouraged to maximize student attendance and city-wide community impact.
What is the total duration of the keynote concert experience?
The core experience runs between 45 and 75 minutes depending on your selected tier, including live music, keynote messaging, and service challenge launch.

Pricing, Deposits, and Non-Profit Compliance
How does payment work for locking in our tour date?
You secure your event date with a 50% non-refundable deposit online. The remaining 50% balance is due before soundcheck on event day.
Are there additional travel fees or hidden lodging expenses?
All travel costs within our primary Midwest touring region are included in your package pricing. Out-of-region tour dates are explicitly scoped during booking.
Is Beyond Me Initiative a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit?
Yes. Beyond Me Initiative is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charity in Indiana, making documentation simple for church accounting teams.
Can our church process this booking as a non-profit mission expense?
Yes. Payments made to Beyond Me Initiative support our non-profit operations and humanitarian grant funding.
What happens if our church needs to reschedule our event date?
Booking deposits can be transferred toward a rescheduled event date within 12 months.
How do we settle the remaining 50% balance on the day of the event?
Remaining balances can be settled online via card, ACH transfer, or church check prior to soundcheck.
